Great list and info, further one can use ‘aardvark’ with ‘print to pdf’ to get only the content that needs to be printed, ‘digg toolbar’ to get top stories and ‘the onion router network’ for anonymity although it requires some initial configuration.
Also try ‘ilo’ and ‘flashblock’ for times when on course to overshoot the bandwidth cap

Very detailed and enjoyable read. Keep on the good work Prateek! You should also include a section on other Windows freeware tools to remove spyware etc. I have used Spybot and CCLeaner in the past for this. However, one can always move to Ubuntu/Other linux distro to stay safe in general.
